When purchasing a software product from TeknoTok Soft, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the license terms displayed on the relevant product page.

License terms may include activation limits, subscription periods, renewal requirements, update access, and support limitations.

5. Downloads and Updates

After successful payment, eligible customers receive access to download purchased software products.

Updates may be provided through our licensing and update infrastructure while the related license remains active and valid.

6. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you purchase a product through our website, your payment is processed securely by Paddle. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and applicable refund handling in accordance with their policies.

7. Pricing and Taxes

Product prices may be displayed in USD, EUR, TRY, or other supported currencies.

Applicable taxes, VAT, sales taxes, and payment processing requirements may be calculated and collected during checkout depending on the customer’s location.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.
