This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for purchases made from TeknoTok Soft. We sell digital software products, WordPress plugins, WooCommerce extensions, AI-powered tools, license-based software, and SaaS services.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All products sold by TeknoTok Soft are digital products. No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment, customers may receive access to download software, activate a license key, or use a SaaS-related service.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process may be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com may act as the Merchant of Record for our orders. Where applicable, Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, customer service inquiries, and returns.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product has a confirmed technical issue that prevents normal use and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
A refund may be considered when:
- The software has a verified technical problem.
- The issue prevents the main advertised functionality from working.
- You contacted support and provided enough information for investigation.
- Our team could not resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
- You no longer need the product.
- You expected features that were not listed on the product page.
- Your hosting provider, server settings, theme, or third-party plugin causes the issue.
- You refused to provide information required for troubleshooting.
- You requested custom development or custom integration work.
- The product was successfully downloaded, activated, and used.
- You violated our Terms of Service or license terms.
- You attempted to redistribute, resell, copy, or misuse the software.
5. SaaS Subscriptions
For SaaS products and subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Payments already made for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by the payment provider.
6. License Deactivation After Refund
If a refund is approved, the related license key, downloads, updates, support access, and SaaS access may be disabled immediately. You must stop using the refunded product after the refund is completed.

- Email address used for purchase
- Product name
- Website URL where the product is installed
- Description of the issue

8. Review Process
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may ask for screenshots, error logs, temporary WordPress admin access, server information, or other details needed to investigate the issue.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, Paddle, card issuer, bank, or country.
10. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect abuse, fraud, repeated refund behavior, unauthorized redistribution, license misuse, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
